The Ministry of Labor and Social Development new rules and regulations amendment which came into effect on H04/01/1437contains provisions in organizing the labor market and increasing its productivity in order to achieve the national developmental economic mobility. The new regulation amendment challenge both the employer and employee’s interest in ensuring both the private sector corporation and the laborer’s rights in a fair and equitable manner. It also ensures a safe and productive working environment for the increasing Saudi labor market. The MSLD continued the agenda for reform and diversification of the economy with a focus on making employment of Saudi nationals in the private sector more appealing for individuals and employers.
